Whether your roof requirements are to Strip and Refix or Strip and Retile part or the whole of your roof, you can be assured that you are in safe hands.
We follow a process of safety and ensure that we follow each step to the highest quality ensuring that on completion your home is not only more secure, but it will benefit from better heat retention.
Whilst stripping the original roof tiles we will be able to establish whether the existing tiles need to be replaced. In a lot of circumstances it is not necessary to completely replace a roof; we can replace the existing tiles by cleaning them and securing them back in place. The end result looks amazing.
The process includes
- Breathable Felt
- Eave Protection Systems
- Eave Ventilation
- Celotex Insulation (Sloping ceilings)
- Thicker Tile Batten
- A thorough check over
- Refix of existing tiles.
Strip & Retile
On our new roofs we use the Marley Eternit Complete Roof System. This includes a choice of Marley Modern, Mendip, Concrete Plain, Double Roman, Bold Roll or Major in a selection of Brown, Grey & Red.
Marley Eternit has many years of experience in the roofing industry with a wide range of tiles and slates from traditional tile to the more modern fibre cement slates and concrete tiles. We believe that they provide the quality that our customers are looking for.
